APPLY FOR BASE: BUILDING ART SPACE EQUITABLY

In 2018 the City of Seattle’s Office of Arts & Culture launched the Build Art Space Equitably, or B.A.S.E., certification program. The program engages an annual cohort of roughly 20 people who spend a year moving through a curriculum designed to explore the intersection of cultural development and commercial real estate development.
