ANDREW TRAN leads by trust building and accountability frameworks that center relational culture. Andrew will be transitioning into his new role in late March from the City of Seattle where he has worked to address institutional barriers that impact BIPOC communities. His practice bridges community-based planning with real estate to support achieving community vision and is rooted in dismantling institutional barriers through equitable process, trauma informed practices and community care. Andrew is especially honored and "humbled by the opportunity to address systemic racism that has created disparities and inequality in Seattle." The CSA is excited to lean on Andrew's rich expertise in participatory planning, relationship building, anti-racist reorientations, and community organizing.
